Fees
For individuals: The initial intake and assessment is $185 for 75 minutes
Individual counseling sessions are $150 for 60 minutes
For relationships: $185 for 75 minutes
A good faith estimate of expected charges will be made available to you upon scheduling a paid service or upon request.
I do offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on need. If you would like to discuss sliding scale options, please call me or email me

Insurance
I accept Regence Blue Shield, Premera, LifeWise, First Choice, and Coordinated Care and Ambetter.
For other insurance companies, I am more than happy to create an invoice for you to submit for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. Please contact your insurance company to find out if you have Out Of Network benefits.
